Questions you might have
- Do participants need an account?
- No. Anyone you share the link with can sign up in seconds. Email is the only thing we ask for, and only so we can send them a confirmation.
- What happens when we add a 6th seat?
- We never block invites. Adding past the 5 included seats bills $5 a month per extra seat ($50 a year on the annual plan). Stripe prorates everything automatically.
- Can I switch monthly and annual?
- Yes. Manage Billing from your org dashboard opens the Stripe portal where you can switch plans, update your card, or cancel.
- What if I cancel?
- Your org workspace stays read-only until the period ends, and your public event pages keep working for everyone who already signed up.
