Before you choose

Questions you might have

Both plans make it easy to run a signup. Choose Organization when teammates need to manage events, contacts, and templates together.

Do participants need an account?
No. Participants enter their name and email, plus any details the organizer requests. They never need an account or a paid seat.
What happens when we add an 11th seat?
We never block invites. Adding past the 10 included seats bills $5 a month for each extra pack of 10 seats ($50 a year on the annual plan). Stripe prorates everything automatically.
Can I switch monthly and annual?
Yes. Manage Billing from your org dashboard opens the Stripe portal where you can switch plans, update your card, or cancel.
What if I cancel?
If you cancel at the end of your billing period, you keep access through that date. After the subscription ends, you can still view and export your data, and public event pages keep working. Organization editing and sending are paused.
