A few practical questions
Can I use this for a book club?
Yes. It fits a book club offering a choice of discussion sessions. If everyone attends one meeting together, a simple RSVP is usually a better starting point. If the date is undecided, start with a poll.
Can one reader bring a friend?
The starter counts one reader per signup. To allow parties, turn on guest count and count the whole party toward each session's capacity. A reader and one friend then use two places.
Does this create a recurring series?
These sessions belong to one event. You can duplicate an event for a later meeting. Automatic weekly or monthly series are an Organization feature with separate events.
