Review the booking rules
Each slot has capacity one and the starter allows one selection per signup. Public attendee names are hidden. Add a short topic comment so you can prepare.
- 3
Make joining straightforward
Add a room, general meeting place, or video-meeting instructions. Check the event timezone, especially if people will join remotely.

A few practical questions
Will this prevent two people claiming the same appointment?
A slot with one place cannot accept two confirmed places beyond its capacity. This is capacity control on this event, not automatic conflict detection across calendars or other events.
Do guests need an account?
No. They select an available appointment and enter the requested signup details. The organizer needs an account to create and manage the event.
Can I offer different times each day?
Yes. Edit each slot's date, start time, and end time after applying the starter. Remove unwanted appointments and add others as needed.
Start with the structure. Add your people.
The starter opens in your event builder. Review the details, save a draft, and share when you are ready.
