No. A parent chooses an open time and enters their name and email from your shared link.
Can two families select the same time?
Not when the appointment capacity is one. The time closes as soon as the first booking is completed.
Can I offer conferences on more than one day?
Yes. Add date and time choices for each conference day and keep them together on one signup page.
Can family names stay hidden from other parents?
Yes. Turn off public name visibility so families see availability while only the organizer sees who booked.
Can parents change their appointment?
Their confirmation email includes a private manage link. They can cancel the old time and select another opening.
