Does a signup approve someone to chaperone?
No. A signup claims a role. Background checks, school permission, and volunteer approval remain part of your school's process.
Can I hide volunteer names?
Yes. This starter hides names on the public page while showing availability. Organizers can still review the signup roster.
Can I include supplies too?
You can add item slots, but label them clearly so an item is not mistaken for an adult role. If people may take both, review the multiple-selection setting.
