Email that runs itself
Signup Bubble sends polished, mobile-friendly emails on your behalf at every step: when someone signs up, when they need to confirm, before the event, and after it. Every preview on this page is generated by the exact template the app sends, filled with example content.
Polls
When an event uses a poll, guests also get mail for voting: a vote saved note with a link to change their answers, and a winner picked (or time locked in) notice when you lock a question. If you hid results from voters, that lock email says voting has closed and does not name the winner. After a date is locked, standard reminders use that schedule like any other event. Organizers hear about votes the same way they hear about signups: each vote, a daily digest, or off.

The moment someone signs up, they get a confirmation email with the event details, their slot, a private manage link for edits or cancellation later, and an Add to calendar link when the event has a date.

With double opt-in enabled, the first email is a confirm-your-spot message instead. The spot is held until the guest clicks, and released automatically if the hold expires.

Confirm your spot for Saturday Beach Cleanup
Turn on reminders and every confirmed attendee hears from you before the event, with their slot and manage link so late changes are painless. On a fixed date, that is about a day before the event. After you lock a poll date, reminders use that winning date. On Several dates & times, each person is reminded of their slot date and time, not the first day of the window. Guests who cancel get a cancellation notice, and if you make significant changes you can send an event updated email to everyone signed up.

Choose how you hear about activity: an email for each signup or vote as it happens, one daily digest that summarizes new signups and votes across all your events, or off when you would rather just check the dashboard. You are also notified when a guest cancels, when an event ends (close it to start a recap), again a day later if there is still no recap, and when recap photos are waiting for review.

Beyond the automatic emails, you can broadcast to attendees from the attendees view, quick send your event link to contact lists, and send recap invitations and photo requests after the event. Broadcasts are rate limited (50 recipients per send, 3 sends per event per day on personal accounts) so the platform stays trusted by inboxes.
