Organizations and Teams
Personal vs organization workspaces, the header switcher, shared members, templates, branding, and a public org page.
One home for everything your group runs
An organization is a shared workspace for schools, PTAs, clubs, teams, churches, and nonprofits. Events, contacts, lists, tags, and templates belong to the org instead of one person's account, so the spring gala does not vanish when last year's chair steps down.
- Shared dashboard. Every member sees the org's events and can pick up where someone else left off.
- Shared contacts and lists with org-scale limits: 10,000 contacts and 10,000 organizer emails per month.
- Org event templates. Save any event as a reusable template; any member can spin up a configured copy in one click.
- Branding and sender name. Emails to your community go out under your organization's name.
- A public org page at signupbubble.com/o/your-slug with your logo, a short description, and links to published public events. Private events stay off that page.
Personal and organization are separate scopes
Every account starts with a free Personal workspace. If you join or create an organization, you get a second shared workspace. The two never mix: personal events and contacts stay private to you; org events and tools are shared with members. The header workspace switcher is how you choose which home new work goes to.

Where you switch
If you can organize for an organization, a Workspace control sits in the dashboard header. That is the one switcher. It means where you are working: new events, the events list, new contacts, lists, and tags. Contacts, lists, tags, and the events list only show the selected workspace. The events page names that workspace above Your events, and offers a switch at the bottom so you can jump to Personal or another org if this one is empty.
Every org you belong to appears in the switcher. An org whose billing has lapsed stays selectable and marked inactive, so you can always reach and export its data.

The builder starts on the workspace from the header. You can still pick Personal or the org for this one event without changing the header. That choice is permanent for the event: it decides who can manage it, which limits apply, which contact book receives signups, and whether it appears on the public org page.
Workspace
Where should this event live?
Starts from the workspace in the header. You can still put this one somewhere else.
This will be a Lincoln Elementary PTA event.
Members, roles, and invitations
Invite teammates by email and they join with a role: admin or organizer. Organizers run events and tools; admins do that plus billing, org settings, and member management. Invitations arrive as the email below and are accepted through a secure link; you can revoke a pending invite or remove a member at any time. Adding people never blocks on billing, and seats beyond the included ten bill in packs of 10 and are prorated automatically.
After they join, members use the header workspace switcher: their own personal workspace stays separate, and the shared org appears as another option for Tools and for new events.

Pricing
Organizations are $29 per month, or $290 per year, with 10 seats included and additional packs of 10 seats at $5 per month or $50 per year. Billing runs through Stripe with a self-serve customer portal for invoices, payment methods, and cancellation. Full details on the pricing page.
How org events differ
Org events work exactly like personal ones, same public pages, same slots, same emails, but they live in the shared workspace, do not count against a personal event cap, and appear on your public org page. Any member with the right role can manage attendees, send messages, and run recaps.
Your event list on the dashboard shows both personal and org events so you always have one place to open whatever you are running. The workspace you chose at create time still controls ownership and who else can edit.
