Recaps and Photos
After the event, write a recap, collect photos from attendees, review submissions, and share a recap page.
The event does not end when it ends
After you close an event, recap tools unlock. A recap is a shareable page where you thank everyone, tell the story of how it went, and collect the photos that are otherwise scattered across a dozen phones.
- 1
Close the event and start your recap
Write a title, an intro, and the story. Recaps start as drafts, so you can polish before anyone sees it.
- 2
Collect photos from attendees
Send photo requests and attendees upload straight from their phones through a private link. No shared drive, no email attachments.
- 3
Review and publish
Approve or reject each submitted photo. Only approved photos appear on the recap page.
- 4
Send the recap to attendees
One click emails every confirmed attendee an invitation to view the published recap.
Photo submissions with moderation built in
Attendees never need an account to contribute: their photo upload link is private and tokenized, just like their manage link. Every submission lands in a review queue where you approve or reject it before it becomes visible, and you get a daily heads-up email when photos are waiting. You can add your own photos too.

Sharing the finished recap
A published recap lives on its own page tied to your event. Send invitations to confirmed attendees from the recap manager, and set an optional expiration date if you want the page to retire itself after a season. You can toggle photo submissions off at any point once you have enough.
