Organizer Notifications and Daily Digests

Signup and vote notification settings let you choose an email for each response, a daily digest, or off. Review them on the event you are organizing. They control organizer activity emails, not attendee confirmations or reminders.

• Each: useful when every new response needs prompt attention.
• Daily digest: useful for reviewing activity together instead of receiving an email for every signup or vote.
• Off: use the dashboard to check that activity.

The daily digest groups new activity across your events. Pending signups are distinguished from confirmed ones. Use the attendee view for the current roster and slot coverage, especially when people have edited or canceled since an earlier notification.

For a volunteer event, a large number of new signups does not necessarily mean every shift is filled. Review the role-level capacities on the event, as shown in the volunteer coverage guide.

Turning new-signup alerts off does not turn attendee reminders off. Set reminders separately if guests should receive their upcoming event or slot details. See event reminders.

Other workflow messages, such as cancellations, post-event recap prompts, photo review, or team handoffs, have their own purpose. Do not treat the new-signup preference as a universal unsubscribe from every organizer message.

1. Identify whether it concerns a signup, a vote, a guest reminder, or another workflow.
2. Open the relevant event and review that activity's notification setting.
3. Check the current attendee or poll view rather than relying on an old email.
4. For a message you or a teammate composed, review the event's message history.
