Make each choice worthwhile

Explain the materials, the practice, and the result.

A useful workshop description tells learners what they will try, what tools are provided, and what they can take home. Put the difference between sessions into the invitation as well as the prices.

  • Keep free sessions visible

Use a clear label for an introduction or demonstration. A blank fee is free; it should not imply that a visitor must also buy another session.

  • Make room for the activity

Use workstations and facilitator capacity to set session limits. Pottery may need fewer places than a demonstration in the same venue.

  • Share the program work

Organization helps a program team share event management and contacts. Each new program still needs reviewed dates, prices, and staffing.

Payments

Let the price follow the learning choices

Price individual workshops and keep introductions free. Group bookings combine selected session fees for every participant, while separate capacities protect each workshop's space.

Available on Free and Organization. Complete Stripe setup with an eligible US account to collect payments in US dollars. Organizers pay Stripe processing fees plus Signup Bubble’s 1% fee, with a $0.25 minimum and a $0.75 maximum per checkout.

A few practical questions

Before you share your signup

Can visitors select only the free introduction?
Yes. A free-only selection has no required payment. The paid workshop fees are added only when those slots are selected.
Can colleagues choose different workshops on one booking?
Everyone in a group booking shares the same selected slots. Use separate bookings when people want different agendas or need individual answers recorded.
Does the page reject overlapping workshops?
No. The starter uses non-overlapping sessions, but the organizer must check edited times and give clear instructions about compatible choices.
Does one full workshop close the other sessions?
Each session has its own capacity. An additional overall attendee limit can affect the whole event, so leave it empty unless you intentionally need that extra restriction.
Do I need a paid plan to collect payments?
No. Payments are available on Free and Organization with an eligible US Stripe account and US-dollar payments. Complete Stripe setup for the personal or Organization workspace receiving the money. Transaction fees apply. Organization is useful when colleagues share management, contacts, and an ongoing program.
