A clear agenda earns its place

Show what each session helps people do.

Professional learners need more than a session title. Explain the practical outcome, the level of experience expected, and what to bring. Give the same care to the breaks and arrival instructions.

  • Make the learning concrete

Explain what participants will practice and take away. Add the facilitator's relevant experience without promising credentials or continuing-education credit the event does not provide.

  • Leave room between sessions

The starter leaves time after the briefing and between workshops. Adjust the agenda around your room changes, lunch, and facilitator preparation.

  • Coordinate a continuing program

Use an Organization account when a team shares management, contacts, and repeat programs. Review each event's agenda and prices before sharing it with participants.

Payments

Give each session a clear price

This starter includes a free briefing and editable $45 and $65 workshops. Fees are per attendee, and a group shares the same selected sessions. Review the combined total, payment recipient, and refund information before publishing.

Available on Free and Organization. Complete Stripe setup with an eligible US account to collect payments in US dollars. Organizers pay Stripe processing fees plus Signup Bubble’s 1% fee, with a $0.25 minimum and a $0.75 maximum per checkout.

From an example to your event

Make this signup your own.

  1. 1

    Prepare the payment connection

Choose the personal or Organization workspace that should receive the fees, and finish its Stripe setup. Organization owners connect the shared account for their team.

  2. 2

    Apply and review the agenda

Choose the event's first day and apply the starter schedule. It creates a 9 AM briefing, a 10 AM workshop, and a 1 PM workshop. Adjust the real date, start and end times, and timezone.

  3. 3

    Set session prices and capacities

The example uses 40 briefing places, 16 project planning places, and 12 leadership places. Set your own fees using the $45 and $65 per-attendee example as a reference. Leave the separate overall attendee limit empty unless the venue needs an additional cap.

  4. 4

    Explain preparation and review checkout

Add facilitator names, learning goals, materials, venue instructions, and refund information. Review a one-person booking and a group booking, then save your draft and publish when ready.

Beyond the signup list

A small plan for a smoother day.

Use these example notes to think through the work before, during, and after your event.

  1. Before sharing

Review the agenda as a participant

Check every date, start and end time, price, seat limit, and learning outcome. Show what the fee includes and what attendees need to bring.

  2. Before each session

    Prepare the right room

Use the selected session roster and whole-party count to arrange seats and materials. A full leadership workshop does not mean the other workshop is full.

  3. After the program

    Review attendance and payments

Follow up with the right session participants and handle any refund requests against your stated policy. Paid and refunded totals are different from Stripe bank payouts.

Choose the sessions that fit your goals at our Professional Development Day. The welcome briefing is free, project planning is $45 per person, and team leadership is $65 per person. You can attend one or both workshops. Group bookings share the same agenda; register separately if your colleagues want different sessions.

A few practical questions

Before you share your signup

Can this work for a small conference?
Yes, when attendees choose among clearly described sessions with separate prices or capacities. This starter is an editable signup agenda. It does not provide automatic scheduling conflict checks, certification, or a full conference-management system.
Can free and paid sessions share one page?
Yes. Leave a session's fee blank to keep it free. A visitor selecting only free sessions follows the normal signup flow; selected paid sessions are combined into a checkout total.
Can I offer parallel tracks?
You can edit the slots into parallel sessions, but guests need clear instructions about compatible choices. Signup Bubble does not automatically reject overlapping sessions. The starter uses non-overlapping times to make multiple selections straightforward.
Can a company book places for several employees?
Yes. Group signups and whole-party capacity counting are enabled. Every employee in that booking has the same selected sessions and per-person price. Use separate bookings for different agendas or individual intake answers.
What happens if someone leaves checkout unfinished?
Their places may remain held while payment is unresolved. Review the live payment and signup status before offering those seats to someone else. Required paid bookings confirm after successful payment.
