Make the class easy to picture

Show what learners will make and take away.

A useful class invitation sets expectations before anyone pays. Give the menu and practical outcome enough space, then keep registration short enough to finish on a phone.

  • Name the experience

Describe the dishes or techniques and who the class suits. A beginner class and an advanced session need different preparation notes.

  • Prepare from the people count

Use confirmed attendees to plan workstations and portions. Three booking records may represent more than three people.

  • Build a continuing program

An Organization account helps several instructors share event management and contacts. Review dates, staffing, and fees for each new class.

Payments

Keep ingredients, places, and fees in step

A fee per attendee works when each learner needs ingredients or a workstation. Review the total for a group booking, and keep the room limit aligned with the class you can teach.

Available on Free and Organization. Complete Stripe setup with an eligible US account to collect payments in US dollars. Organizers pay Stripe processing fees plus Signup Bubble’s 1% fee, with a $0.25 minimum and a $0.75 maximum per checkout.

  2. 2

Review the fee and party rules

The payment example charges $25 per attendee with group signups enabled. Change the price and limit to match your class. Keep it as one shared event unless learners need different session choices.

Describe the menu, skill level, provided equipment, and what to bring. Add a dietary question only if you will review the answers and confirm whether you can accommodate them.

  4. 4

    Check the invitation and checkout

Review collecting details, contact email, and refund information. Test the example for one person and a group. Save the draft, check the guest page, then publish and share.

A little more help

The next question, answered.

A few practical questions

Before you share your signup

Can a learner book for a friend?
Yes. Everyone in the party pays the same fee and uses a place. A group booking shares its answers; use separate bookings when you need an individual dietary or preparation response from each learner.
Can I offer several classes with different prices?
Use the paid workshop template when people choose sessions with their own prices and capacities. This payment example charges one fee for one shared class.
Does the fee include ingredients automatically?
The organizer decides what is included. The sample describes a cooking class, but you must state the actual ingredients, equipment, and take-home items before accepting payments.
When is a paid place confirmed?
Required paid registrations confirm after successful payment. Checkout can temporarily hold places, so review both signup and payment status before offering an unresolved place to someone else.
Do I need a paid plan to collect payments?
No. Payments are available on Free and Organization with an eligible US Stripe account and US-dollar payments. Complete Stripe setup for the personal or Organization workspace receiving the money. Transaction fees apply. Organization is useful when colleagues share management, contacts, and an ongoing program.
