For coaches, team managers, and parent coordinators
Team snack fund collection page
Give the team one place to pay its agreed snack contribution. Explain the budget, name the person purchasing supplies, and keep payment records separate from player registration and the snack-delivery rota.

Keep the season practical
A stocked cooler starts with a clear plan.
A small shared fund works best when families know what it covers and who will buy the snacks. The payment page can carry that explanation without asking anyone to claim a job they did not intend to take.
Define the covered period
Name the games, weeks, or program dates covered by the budget. A fixed contribution is easier to assess when its purpose is concrete.
Separate money and deliveries
Use the team-snack schedule for families bringing items. Use this collection for money managed by the purchasing coordinator.
Share team administration
Organization helps coaches and managers share contacts and management. Payment collection itself is also available to a personal organizer on Free.

A shared purpose. A clear way to contribute.
A standalone collection with one fixed $20 payment. It has no dates to reserve, party-size field, or attendance list. The organizer asks each household to contribute once and explains the covered part of the season.
Team Snack Fund
Our team is collecting $20 per household toward the agreed snack budget. One payment contributes to the fund; it does not reserve a game, register a player, or claim a snack delivery. Add the covered dates, purchasing coordinator, dietary approach, and how unused money will be handled before sharing. Please pay once per household.

A fixed collection gives households one place to contribute to the agreed snack budget. The payment record stays separate from player attendance and snack-delivery commitments.
Available on Free and Organization. Complete Stripe setup with an eligible US account to collect payments in US dollars. Organizers pay Stripe processing fees plus Signup Bubble’s 1% fee, with a $0.25 minimum and a $0.75 maximum per checkout.

- 1
Agree on the budget and recipient
Confirm the covered weeks, snack plan, and $20 household contribution. Choose Personal or your Organization and complete Stripe setup; new collections cannot be saved until the receiving workspace is ready.
- 2
Review the collection draft
When Stripe is ready, choose Collection page in the builder and enter your title, description, and agreed amount. The example uses $20. Keep it separate from an event RSVP or item signup.
- 3
Explain purchases and unused funds
Name the purchasing coordinator, add a contribution deadline in the description, and state how you will handle remaining money. Publish the relevant dietary approach without requesting unnecessary child information.
- 4
Save, review, and share
Review collecting name, contact email, and refunds. Save a draft first, then publish when ready and share the collection link with households.
Beyond the payment link
A clear plan for the shared fund.
Use these notes to plan the request, manage contributions, and close out the fund.
Before collecting
Agree on purchases
Confirm the budget, coordinator, covered dates, and contribution amount with the team.
During collection
Review successful payments
Use payment records to track the fund and resolve duplicate payments. Do not infer attendance or snack duties from a payment.
After the period
Close the fund clearly
Pause new collection when appropriate and explain spending and remaining money. Review any refund requests through payment management.
