Make each day easy to prepare for

Give families more than a date and a price.

Explain the activities, what to bring, where to arrive, and how the program handles pickup. The signup works best as one clear step in a complete program process.

  • Describe the daily experience

Give the planned activity and suitable age range for each day. State what food, equipment, or materials the fee covers.

  • Keep individual intake clear

A group booking cannot stand in for separate permissions or detailed information about each child. Tell guardians exactly what else they must complete.

  • Share program management

Organization supports colleagues managing the program and its contacts. Review daily rosters and capacity independently rather than using one overall booking count.

Payments

Match daily fees to daily participant places

Charge for each chosen day and count every participant on the booking. Separate bookings keep different schedules clear, while the program manages individual intake through its established process.

Available on Free and Organization. Complete Stripe setup with an eligible US account to collect payments in US dollars. Organizers pay Stripe processing fees plus Signup Bubble’s 1% fee, with a $0.25 minimum and a $0.75 maximum per checkout.

  1. 1

Confirm the program and receiving account

Complete Stripe setup for the appropriate workspace. Agree on staffing, suitable ages, venue, daily activities, and what the $35 includes.

  2. 2

    Apply the actual first day

The starter creates three consecutive dates with 9 AM starts and 3 PM finishes. Edit dates, times, and timezone to match your program, including any non-consecutive days.

  3. 3

    Review fees and participant counting

Each day has twelve places and a $35 per-attendee fee. Group bookings share all selections. Explain that only program participants belong in the party count, with separate bookings for different schedules.

  4. 4

    Connect the separate intake process

Add preparation, arrival, pickup, contact, and refund information. Direct guardians to your separate consent and emergency-information process. Save and preview the registration before publishing.

Beyond the signup list

A small plan for a smoother day.

Use these example notes to think through the work before, during, and after your event.

  1. Before opening

    Review each day

Confirm real dates, staffing, activities, age guidance, and capacity. Link the separate intake process prominently.

  2. Before arrival

    Prepare the correct daily roster

Review confirmed bookings and participant counts for that day, and confirm required intake steps through the program's process.

  3. After the program

    Review payments and follow-up

Handle date-specific questions and refunds against the stated terms. Registration for these days does not automatically renew.

A few practical questions

Before you share your signup

Can families choose only one day?
Yes. Each day is a separate selectable slot. The total includes only the chosen days, multiplied by the number of participants in the booking.
Can siblings follow different schedules in one booking?
No. Everyone in one group booking shares its selected days. Use separate bookings for different schedules or individual intake answers.
Does this collect all camp permissions and emergency details?
No. This template coordinates places and payments. Use the program's established consent, emergency contact, pickup authorization, and suitability process separately.
Should the parent count themselves in the party size?
Explain that the count represents participating children when adults are only booking on their behalf. Tell families whose participant name and guardian contact information to enter. Count accompanying adults separately if your program needs that information.
Do I need a paid plan to collect payments?
No. Payments are available on Free and Organization with an eligible US Stripe account and US-dollar payments. Complete Stripe setup for the personal or Organization workspace receiving the money. Transaction fees apply. Organization is useful when colleagues share management, contacts, and an ongoing program.
